Ad999pro's Terms & Conditions – In Plain English

All financial transactions on ad999pro are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We accept and process payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. The maximum single deposit is ৳50,000 BDT (this may differ for verified accounts).
• Deposits are generally credited to your wallet within 1–5 minutes. If there's a delay for any reason, it will resolve automatically within 24 hours. If not, please contact support.
• Deposits from third parties are not permitted. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your name.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or when withdrawing large amounts. A photo of your NID or passport along with a selfie may be needed.
• Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 3–5 minutes. Unverified accounts may take 24–48 hours.
• In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, ad999pro reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Ad999pro offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the promotions page.

• All bonuses, including the welcome bonus, can only be claimed once. Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts from the same household or device will be considered bonus abuse.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. It remains locked until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements are typically 30–50 times the bonus amount, as specified in the relevant offer.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus balance is automatically cancelled upon expiry.

The following rules apply when using ad999pro's gaming and betting sections:

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is regularly audited by an independent third party.
• Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be cancelled unless the match is called off or ad999pro is proven to have offered incorrect odds.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be refunded. Results of completed rounds are final.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final. No changes will be made beyond clear technical errors.
• You may play on multiple devices simultaneously, but using two accounts in the same game at the same time is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ad999pro. Violations may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts from the same individual or household.
• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately losing or placing bets on the opposing side to exploit the bonus system.

• In the event of a dispute over game results, server logs are the definitive record. Client-side screenshots alone will not be accepted as proof.
• For payment disputes, you will need to provide the transaction date, amount, and transaction ID of the payment method used.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved internally at ad999pro, it may be referred to international arbitration.
• From the effective date of these Terms, all previous versions are considered null and void.
